use the following setting In order to Enjoy free gprs in tata docomo in june 2012.
Create new internet settings in your mobile:-

Profile Name- Ht Free Gprs
I.P/Proxy Address = 220.226.181.88
Proxy Port=  8080
HomePage =  http://122.170.122.214

Click To Save setting and make it default setting in your mobile And Restart your phone and  follow  steps
Now open any opera handler apps. ( Download "free opera handler app" from there)

Socket Server  put these settings =  http://220.226.181.88.server4.operamini.com

Port = 80

Homepage =  http://203.115.112.5

Homepage for Blocked Sim Users = http://122.170.122.214
